    We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase providing the item is in brand new, resellable condition. No refunds will be granted unless item is proven to have a major problem or is different to description / image provided on online store.     • For online purchase returns, customers will be granted a store credit code to the value of purchase (minus $10 reshipping / restocking fee) to be used at our online store. We will provide you with this via email once items is received & approved. Shipping returned items back to us is customer's responsibility & we will not reimburse any costs associated with this. 
    • For in store purchase returns, customers will be granted a store credit or exchange. 

    Please note we can't put items aside on hold for exchange on online orders.

    If an item has a minor fault, please contact us & we will arrange to have it mended.

    Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns or refunds.

    SHIPPING

    Please allow 2 - 3 days for order processing & verification.

    Free Shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia.

    We ship to the Delivery Address provided at checkout with Australia Post Parcel Post: if you require extra security please select 'Signature On Delivery' as your shipping method as we can't be responsible for where an item may be left or what happens to it once it reaches your address.

    Shipping/delivery times may vary based on location.

    Orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post, upon arrival into receiving country the local courier then takes claim of shipments and deliveries.

    REFUNDS
    Refunds will only be issued if the purchased items are proven to be faulty (no refunds on incorrect sizing, 'change of mind' purchases etc).
    To request a refund, please email info@gingersprovidence.com detailing your concern.
    Unwashed, unworn and unused items in original condition may be returned with original invoice within 14 days of order receipt.
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days. If you have requested a refund we will notify you via email once your request has been processed and items examined.
    Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made in person or by post to Gingers Providence Mens Store 317 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000.
    If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs by reimbursing this amount with refund.

    The item from the original order must first be returned in original, unwashed, undamaged condition with original invoice and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. 
    We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
    As Gingers Providence Mens Store is not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail or Fedex.
    Shipping:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for new item to be mailed out too. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
